Winner of the ‘Best Resort in Tanzania’ at the World Travel Awards, Breezes Beach Club & Spa is a personalised luxury resort situated in an untouched eastern corner of Zanzibar. Bwejuu, the 12-mile beach where the Breezes Club & Spa is located, was ranked in the Top 30 Beaches in the World by Condé Nast Traveller.

Every item of furniture was lovingly hand-carved by local carpenters, the exotic silks and fabrics hand-sewn by diligent local tailors. Each of the 70 rooms comes with a super-wide bed, en-suite bathroom, dark-wood furniture, a sofa and a pitched wood-beam ceiling. The wide range of spa treatments includes a special ‘après safari’ package to help rejuvenate after all the dust and potholes. The resort has two restaurants, a dining room, two bars, a swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, an aerobic and fitness centre and conference facilities for up to 75 people.
