With its spectacular views of the unspoilt wilderness and the Sand River, Kirkman’s Kamp is regarded as one of the best-loved lodges in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve (undoubtedly one of the most prestigious of all South Africa’s games reserves).

Originally built in the early 1920s, Kirkman’s Kamp celebrates the atmosphere of an early South African lowveld homestead. Each of the 18 guest cottages is decorated in evocative colonial style, with breakfast served on wide shady verandahs. The reserve is known for its healthy population of leopards.
