Kulala Wilderness Camp (a Vintage Wilderness Camp) is situated on a 21,000 acre private reserve near Sossusvlei, in the heart of the Namib Desert.

The camp comprises 10 Meru-style tents on elevated wooden decks with stone en-suite bathrooms. The main area has a very cosy and intimate atmosphere complete with a bar and traditional three course dinners. Guests can enjoy drinks and a breathtaking view from the sparkling pool that is built into the elevated decking. Electric lighting is provided. On the edge of the oldest desert in the world, wildlife here is sparse but fascinating. Early morning ballooning is a highlight where you can see springbok, gemsbok, ostrich, bat-eared fox and aardwolf.
