Set in the heart of a mahogany forest, Lake Manyara Tree Lodge (CC Africa) is the only lodge in the diverse Lake Manyara National Park. Both the UK and US Condé Nast Traveller placed this lodge on their Hot Lists.

The lodge provides ten stilted tree-house suites, each with luxurious contemporary furnishings and private bathroom with outdoor shower. Each tree-house suite features generous decks suspended above the forest floor and large windows to invite the lush forest inside. Overlooking a forest boma (outdoor dining area), guest areas are characterised by soaring spaces that house Dodoma artworks. An interactive kitchen allows guests to observe the preparation of delicious Pan African food that is enjoyed in the theatrical boma, on dining decks or on the private viewing decks. It is also possible to have your Breakfast or a picnic on the lakeshore. This magical lodge is matched by its setting. The Manyara Lake area is renowned for its abundant tree-climbing lions and is excellent for flamingos and other bird species (more than 400 species) around the soda lake.
