Le Telfair is set in 36 acres of a former sugar estate in Bel Ombre, along the south coast of Mauritius. It is one of the island’s newest resorts, with stunning views of the foothills of Champagne Mountain and the blues of the ocean.

There are 158 rooms and suites accommodated in villas of six or eight rooms, reminiscent of the colonial architecture of Mauritius’ grand sugar estate mansions. There’s a large spa, an excellent golf course and five restaurants serving a wide range of gourmet food.
