Guests of Mombo Camp (rated as a Premium Wilderness Camp) can expect to see up to twelve different species of mammal from the comfort of their private verandahs.

The nine super-luxurious tents overlook a landscape of expansive plains dotted with giant umbrella thorns and ilala palms. The bathrooms are en-suite, with both indoor and outdoor showers. There’s a well-stocked library and a plunge pool with views across the lagoon, for relaxing during the day, and a series of decks for dining under the stars.

The camp is located in a corner of the Moremi Game Reserve that experiences large concentrations of game, including leopard, elephant, giraffe, wildebeest, zebra, cheetah, vast herds of buffalo, and white and black rhino. It is considered to be one of the best for Big Game viewing in Botswana. Lion sightings here are particularly plentiful.
