Situated on the expansive Serengeti plains, Sabora Plains Tented Camp (a Singita property) has been designed around a 1920’s theme, evoking the golden age of safaris. This camp offers elegant simplicity and laid back romance with 360 degree views of the plains and wildlife.

There are six lavish tents to choose from, each offering a sense of adventure whilst providing every luxury you can imagine. Soft canvas separates guests from the elements. The interiors are beautifully decorated with European finery, ethnically inspired objects and campaign furniture. Each of the en-suite tents are air conditioned and have a bath, open air shower, reading area, deck with Swarovski spotting scope and a personal bar with fridge.

The main camp area offers a dining room, bar lounge (with satellite TV, DVD player, Playstation, board games), a library and spacious covered viewing deck. A heated plunge pool and jacuzzi are located alongside the deck area where guests can relax and enjoy the warm African sun.

A wide selection of fine wine, champagne, cognacs and cigars are also available, ensuring a stay at the camp provides guests with every comfort imaginable. The camp offers a spa featuring two therapy rooms for treatments, or, should they wish, guests can have treatments in their rooms. A unique feature of this camp is its Equestrian Centre, which is home to sixteen horses. All activities are led by professional and fully qualified house guides.
