Sossusvlei Classic Wilderness Camp provides easy access to Sossusvlei via a private entrance, yet also offers privacy and exclusivity.

The camp has been built near the top of a mountain, using rock, brick, timber and thatch to provide a comfortable refuge from the desert. Each of the nine guest rooms has its own private plunge pool, offering both comfort and stupendous views onto the desert plains below. The main area is under thatch with an outdoor deck where you can enjoy sundowners and dinner under the stars, whilst breakfasts are sometimes served under camel thorn acacias amongst the dunes.

The clear African night skies can be viewed through a powerful telescope on the star-gazing platform. Activities centre around the early morning and night excursions in 4x4 vehicles to the magnificent Sossusvlei dunes. Incredible ballooning safaris over the Namib are an
optional extra.
